The free plan starts without a credit card. If you choose a paid plan, you create your account and then pay immediately through Stripe secure payment. Changing plan and cancelling are available at any time from your account settings. The prices shown are the amounts actually charged: the publisher falls under the VAT exemption scheme for small businesses, so no tax is added.

Do I need a credit card to get started?
Not for the free plan: it is permanent and requires no credit card. If you choose a paid plan, Stripe secure payment happens right after your account is created — you can also start for free and change plan later from your settings.
How long does it take to get up and running?
Less than two minutes: create your account, log your first vehicle, and you are set. No installation, no mandatory import.
How is the customer notified?
By email, immediately. They receive a clear message with the plate and model of their vehicle as soon as you click “Vehicle ready”.
Can my customers track their vehicles online?
Yes: from the link sent by email, your customer reaches a secure portal where they can see their vehicle history and request, accept, or cancel an appointment.
Can I change plan or cancel at any time?
